Your tasks
- You look after our customers and actively advise them
- You process customer inquiries and create offers, which you also follow up
- You process customer orders, from acceptance to delivery
- You work closely with field sales and other departments to deliver optimal performance to customers
- You maintain customer and sales data in our ERP system
That's what you bring
- You have completed a commercial education
- First experience in sales, customer service or marketing is an advantage
- You communicate securely and are good at negotiating
- You work in an organized and independent manner
- You are familiar with MS Office, ideally also with an ERP system
- You speak fluent German; English language skills are a plus
