Apprenticeship at Frischhut

Martin began his career at Frischhut in 1978 as an apprentice in the technical office. After more than 45 years, he is now head of work preparation at Frischhut and ensures that customers receive their orders on time every day.

Johannes has been part of the Frischhut team since 2016. Back then, he began his career with an apprenticeship as an electronics technician, which he successfully completed. However, as the job did not completely fulfil him, he decided to do a second apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, which he also completed at Frischhut. Today, he is responsible for the maintenance, repair and optimisation of our machines and production systems.

I particularly appreciate the flexibility at Frischhut. The opportunity to start a second apprenticeship straight after my first one showed me how much the company promotes individual development. The practical activities during the apprenticeship also helped me to quickly immerse myself in working life and improve my skills.
